Private Events & Corporate Gatherings
Event pricing is $200 per hour for use of The Grand, with a four-hour minimum rental. A $500 refundable damage and cleanup deposit is required.
Rental includes access to The Grand only and does not include dressing rooms or bedrooms. All event time must include setup, cleanup, and teardown.
Pricing applies to non-wedding events and is subject to availability. Additional services and add-ons may vary by event.

Included: -10 Hours on-site at Deer Ridge Estate -Wedding Day timeline creation with vendor input for the entire day of the wedding and posted in suites. -Rehearsal walkthroughs help where needed. -Point person for vendors, family, guests – so questions are diverted away from you. -Help identify any flaws in the planning or any detail that may be missing $1000
DRE decor setup and decor break down (bring your own or use ours) : One-hour meeting prior to your event. You create your centerpieces and decor details, and we can make it happen on your wedding day (5 hours) - $800.00.
The Suites
At Deer Ridge Estate, we reuse and repurpose thoughtfully, giving each space its own character and sense of history. Many of our furnishings and fixtures are sourced from auctions and estate sales, allowing us to create spaces that feel collected, comfortable, and lived in — like home.
