The Grand is the centerpiece of Deer Ridge Estate and serves as our main ceremony and reception venue for weddings, micro weddings, and private events. The 10,000-square-foot estate space includes four private bedrooms, a full commercial kitchen for catering teams, a built-in bar, and multiple decks and porches that allow the celebration to flow indoors and outdoors. The Grand is where most couples host their rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and post-wedding brunch during full weekend wedding packages.

The Inspiration Room — Complimentary Use
The Inspiration Room is stocked with décor, signage, tabletop items, and styling pieces that guests are welcome to use for weddings, rehearsal dinners, micro weddings, and family events at no additional cost. We keep this room filled with the little things that help bring your event to life — from candles and vases to easels, frames, and small décor accents. If you need it, there’s a good chance it’s in here.
You’re free to use what you need during your celebration. Simply return items to their original location after use and keep everything on the property. When items are put back clean and as found, there are no extra fees.

The Chapel is an open-air, 450-square-foot ceremony space overlooking a scenic field. A striking black chandelier serves as the focal point, creating a timeless and elegant setting for your ceremony.
Permanent seating is available for up to 250 guests, with the option to expand seating to 500 guests using rental chairs. The Chapel is equipped with a dedicated power source to support your vendors and ensure a smooth, seamless ceremony experience.

The Covered Dock is a 450-square-foot waterfront ceremony and reception space overlooking a 2.5-acre stocked pond at Deer Ridge Estate. With soft string lighting and sunset views over the water, it’s a popular choice for outdoor weddings, micro weddings, cocktail hours, and intimate receptions.
The space includes permanent seating for up to 250 guests and can be expanded to accommodate up to 500 guests using rental chairs. A dedicated power source supports DJs, live musicians, caterers, and bar service, helping ensure a smooth and well-organized event for both vendors and guests
